Terms of service

Your studio. You're the owner of your studio data inside Elona. We hold it for you, we don't claim it.

Acceptable use. Use Elona to run your business. Don't try to scrape, abuse, or break things — and don't store data that doesn't belong to you.

Client data. You're responsible for telling your clients how their data is used and getting consent where local law requires it.

Availability. We aim for high uptime but can't promise zero downtime. Outages happen and we'll work to resolve them quickly.

Liability. Elona is provided as-is. We're not liable for lost revenue, missed bookings, or any indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Cancellation. Delete your account anytime from Settings → Account. Your data will be removed within 30 days.

Changes. We may update these terms; we'll let you know in-app if anything material changes.

SMS messaging. Studios using Elona may send you text messages, including appointment reminders, confirmations, customer care replies, and occasional announcements (the Elona SMS Program). Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with your studio. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact hello@elona.co. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
